This means that like food, both the type and the amount of light is of utmost importance. Like food, it must be had in some measure, yet more is not better. Like knowing when to stop eating, people must must be aware of when it is best not to have it. The recent rise in mental illnesses, stress, depression and anxiety has become more well-known. This did not happen without a definite cause. The attacks on all of the foundational aspects of American life has also become well-known, and have contributed to these problems. New York City has approximately 8 million citizens. Only approximately 85,000 of these citizens voted in the mayor's election that put Adam's into office.
This means that if just 1 out of every 8 NYC citizens were to look at conditions in their city, put the blame where it obviously belongs - on the Democrat party - and vote for Curtis Sliwa, Mr. Sliwa could win the mayors election nearly 12 times over if the turnout were the same for the democrats.
Likewise, if just 2 out of every 8 citizens, or just a quarter of the population, chooses to vote for real change and elect Mr. Sliwa, Mr. Sliwa could win the Mayor's election over 23 times over, with the same numbers for the democrats.
If these citizens are so uncomfortable with the conditions of their city that they would consider moving to an entirely different state, yet they won't even come out to vote in their own elections to turn their own city around, then they are not trustworthy citizens even in their home city.
