If the Senate does not want to eliminate the filibuster to pass the SAVE Act, can it be stated clearly and with certainty what John Thune and other members of the Senate have been doing to gather support for the bill? What action has been done since their recess to bring the bill in its present form to a vote? John Thune has a long record of being a "Republican in name only", and has been challenged in primaries since at least 2013. Did members of the senate forget his long record, or did they select him with good knowledge of this record? If it is not known or reported on as to his efforts (of lack of them) to get the SAVE Act passed in its present form, it could be that he is betraying the country and his constituents again, this time in one of the most agregeous ways possible, by slow-walking the country into a voting fraud disaster in the midterms.
