"I lived really compartmentalized… and God was allowed in some areas… doesn’t that sound funny… because truly He saw everything…then came the time that He “decompartmentalized” me and I became wholly-holy-his… became is the key word… but there did come a day when I finally was there… He had total access of my life.. and how sweet that is!!"

Recently, there has been a tendency on the part of some to cite President Reagan and his championing of smaller government/less regulations, and use this as a pre-text for streamlining, if not eliminating as many regulations and zoning laws on housing as possible. This has been advocated by the building lobby and politicians in sympathy with it, to proliferate the number of homes - often smaller and inferior quality - and present this as the answer to the affordability problem. In reality, the number of sellers is 47% higher than the number of buyers. This means that the number of available homes today is 3% more than before the pandemic, not counting any new homes.

Further, President Reagan would not have approved of the collaboration of the federal government and the building lobby, in an effort to layer over a problem with more quantity and less quality, rather than fix the problem.
